Today is 12/1/2023, Sandstone Spring Valley has had 0 new positive employee and 3 new positive resident cases, and the facility is in outbreak mode. Since May 2020, Sandstone Spring Valley has had a calculated total of 257 confirmed COVID-19 resident cases and 7 resident deaths and a calculated total of 220 confirmed COVID-19 staff cases and 1 staff death.

We understand the need to see your loved one and Sandstone Spring Valley is requesting visitations to be limited to mitigate the spread but allowing visitations in accordance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services guidance.  Masks are not required, however to help mitigate and keep our residents and staff safe we ask that visitors wear a mask if you have been exposed to COVID and/or currently have a respiratory infection, follow the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols, and visit their loved one for 30 minutes each day.   Sandstone Spring Valley will continue to comply with the visitation protocols and regulations regarding “outbreak” status. cases at Transitional Care of Las Vegas in response to COVID-19.

Today is 11/26/2021, Sandstone Spring Valley has had 1 positive employee and 3 positive resident cases,
and the facility is in Outbreak mode.

We understand the need to see your loved one and Sandstone Spring Valley is requesting visitations to
be limited to mitigate the spread but allowing visitations in accordance with the Centers for Medicare
and Medicaid Services guidance. The transmission rate in the state of Nevada is still high and to help
mitigate and keep our residents and staff safe we ask that visitors be screened at the front lobby, wear a
mask at all times, follow the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols, and visit their loved one for 30 minutes each day. Sandstone Spring Valley will continue to comply with the visitation protocols and regulations regarding “outbreak” status. Sandstone Spring Valley will continue to offer compassionate care visits as well.

Visiting Hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM. All visitors must be screened and masked prior to visiting the
resident.
